Provide leadership to assigned areas within the department in Pharmaceutical Care. Utilize performance improvement program and JCIA standards in planning, monitoring, and evaluating pharmacy services. Accountable for staff, services provided, and level of performance within assigned areas.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (non-North American approved program) from an accredited college of Pharmacy, or
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree from a North American accredited program.
- Holders of Bachelor's degree: Ten (10) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least four (4) years in a leadershiprole/position, or
- Holders of Master's degree/PharmD (non-North American approved program): Eight (8) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadershiprole/position, or
- Holders of North American accredited Pharm.D. program/(non-North American accredited Pharm.D. with completion of a residency program)/Master's degree: Six (6) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadership role/position.
